Life is rolling along here. I've been inspired to start my yearly spring cleaning. Every year I have a friend who comes over & helps me to purge my scrapbook/cardmaking supplies. I have reached a point where I'm frustrated enough with the mess that I'm starting without her. There is so much I want to go. Magazines I know I won't read. Paper I know I won't use. It's time to seriously downsize the stash.
I've gotten the inspiration for that thinking as a result of a group in which I just participated. It was a study based on a book called Emotionally Healthy Spirituality. If you're uncomfortable with Christianity, it may not be great for you, unless you can look past that & focus on the techniques he's discussing as a means of achieving broader emotional health. It talks about self-care, and part of that, for me, is having a workable space.
I'm also excited because it's starting to feel like spring, and that\, I hope, will mean healthier eating. I always, always struggle in the winter. I'm committed to really trying to create some good habits this spring/summer that I can carry over into the fall & winter.
Global Design Project 027 - Thank You
Apparently, March 14th is referred to as Pi Day.. 3.14 :) I never think about it because, quite frankly, as soon as I was finished school and didn't have to think about math, I didn't. LOL. It was my LEAST favorite subject in school.
I didn't have any pie related stamps, so I went with a circle.

A lovely card Tania! I was interested to find out about Pi Day because I'd never heard of it. It makes sense but it obviously doesn't work for us around this side of the globe where we write the date backwards (or, the right way ;) ). Thank you for sharing your creativity with us and for being a part of this week's Global Design Project!
I almost feel I am looking through a porthole with this delightful card Tania. Like Jess, I hadn't heard of Pi Day either, but for the same reason - backwards date, lol. Thanks so much for playing with us at Global Design Project this week.
Beautiful card! I love the striking masculine look :)
Gorgeous card, Tania! This is one of my favorite SU sets!
Love the card such a great idea for a guy!
From one Tanja to another Tania: Such a great card. Love it.
Thank´s for playing with us.
Vielen Dank, daß Du bei uns mitgemacht hast.
Hugs / LG Tanja
What a beautiful masculine card! love it!
Great masculine card you've made here.
Lovely card, Tania. I love how you've stamped the Early Espresso cardstock with various images - adds a lovely appeal to your card front. Thank you so much for playing along with this week's "thank you" theme at Global Design Project.
That fish/water set is one of my favorites. Great masculine card!
Great card- love the fish and the circle frame. Sounds like a great idea to organize and purge- harder doing it than the thought of it though..... And, I have a child that loves math- Pi day is great on a tee shirt, or if it comes in the form of a cherry pie : )
